Cannot Log Into Comcast Email [Edited]

Why can I not log into my Comcast.net email? This is ridiculous. No one calls me back or can help me when I call. I'm paying for a service I am not getting. Supposed to be a Diamond Member and I can not get any channels. I hope this can be rectified quickly!

And, you've never paid for email; it's never been a line item on your bill. It was strictly a freebie that Comcast gave.

What does not getting any channels have to do with email?

And, if you're a new customer you will not have a comcast.net email address.
