Cannot Hide Ad in web email interface

Cannot Hide Ad in web email interface.  I pay for this email account and now I cannot turn off ads when I try to read my email.

Possibly this is a bad update to the html on the web dashboard page?  A lot of your pages are being cut off at the right now.  For example, "Sign on" is showing as "Sig".

I've tried to fix this by looking at my account preferences and turning off all advertising for my account that I can.  No luck.

How can I turn off the right sidebar with ads while I'm reading my comcast.net email?

Might be a silly answer, but do you just have your web browser zoom on?  Try "CTRL minus" to shrink the page, or in settings, set to 100%.

If you have a java script blocker on, that can also break templates and mess up the page rendering.  You could create an exemption in your addon if that is doing it, or create an exemption for the site in the security settings depending on the browser.

Thanks -- I checked this and it wasn't a weird browser display setting.

Hi there @user_1s8jx5!  Thanks so much for taking the time to reach out to Xfinity Support here on our Community Forum.  We are glad to hear from you and want to assist in any way that we can today.  No worries!  You've reached out to the right team to help get things squared away.  Can you tell us if you are accessing your email with a web browser, (if so - which one?) or an app?

Using Edge to read email in browser.  Hence the "Hide Ad" question.  When your office didn't respond for days I didn't check back but I see you've responded now.  Somsone at Comcast fixed your email display and "Hide Ad" works for your email users now.

This is the only way I saw to send a bug report, and it looks as if this is the way to do that.  Unfortunate that there isn't a real bug report form.
