Cannot get emails on laptop [Edited]

Is your phone deleting emails after downloading?  Can you see your emails at the above link?  Try going to webmail and seeing if the email messages are there before your phone downloads them.  Then watch at the time your phone downloads your emails.  If you see them disappear from webmail as you're watching, then your phone is set to delete them upon download.
