1. Make sure you have not exceeded your mailbox limit of 10 GB. This can prevent new emails from being received.
2. If you are using a third-party email client without the correct settings, such as not leaving a copy of messages on the server, emails may be deleted.
3. Make sure to check your email filters could inadvertently misfile or delete incoming emails.

If the imap isn't allowing you to log in with your current password, we recommend removing the email account, changing your Xfinity password directly on our website: connect.xfinity.com and then setting your third party email up with the new password.
