I can not get my emails from comcast on my I-phone

user_ytnhx1, Hey there! Thanks so much for reaching out to Xfinity Support. There are a few things that could be causing you to not get your Comcast email on your iPhone. Here are a few things to check: 
1. Make sure you have not exceeded your mailbox limit of 10 GB. This can prevent new emails from being received. 
2. If you are using a third-party email client without the correct settings, such as not leaving a copy of messages on the server, emails may be deleted.
3. Make sure to check your email filters could inadvertently misfile or delete incoming emails.

What is the IMap password.  It is not accepting my password for comcast mail

With that being said, we're happy to help you with your email concerns. If the imap isn't allowing you to log in with your current password, we recommend removing the email account, changing your Xfinity password directly on our website: connect.xfinity.com and then setting your third party email up with the new password. Please let us know if this works for you, as well as any errors you get after following these steps.
