Cannot get Auth codes from Meta or FB and have no other way to change my password. Why are you blocking these

I'd be frustrated too if I couldn't access my accounts. Here is a great resource others have been successful with. It's possible at some point you may have accidently added it to your blocked list, or they are going into a different folder. Can you please try some of the steps that are included, and let us know if these work for you?
