We can't help you unless you give us more details.
  • How are you trying to access your email? through the website or a third party email app like Outlook,Thunderbird, or Apple/Mac mail?
  • Are you getting any error messages, and if so what are they?
  • Have you migrated to Yahoo! Mail? you'll need to login here: https://login.yahoo.com or https://mail.yahoo.com with your comcast.net credentials.
  • If you're a new Comcast customer, you won't have a comcast.net email address.

Can you tell us a bit more about the steps you're taking and whether you're receiving any error messages or error codes? The more details you can provide, the better we can understand what's happening and help find a solution.

In the meantime, you can also access your Comcast email directly through the Xfinity Email website. Simply sign in with your Xfinity ID and password, then select the Email icon to view your inbox. You can get started here: Xfinity Email.
