Cannot email my comcast email account from multiple other email accounts

Delivery to email servers at your message's destination has failed.

No further attempts will be made to deliver the message.

Both my wife and I are having the same issue.  This just started this morning. Sender is getting the error message below:

This is the PPE Hosted Dispatch mail system.

PPE Hosted tried to deliver your email message, but was unable to do so for reasons outside our control.

We recommend contacting the person or service responsible for looking after the recipient domain's email server directly.

The last error message we have available from the recipient's server is included right below, along with an extract of your
email:

    5.2.0 Prohibited by policy (in reply to end of DATA command)

Hi Bobby123678 Thank you for reaching out! Are you still experiencing this email concern? Yours and @user_jle5a seems to be an issue with the new spam filters for email. 
 

If someone’s emails can’t be delivered to your Comcast email address, the sender's email provider may be blocked as part of our anti-spam precautions.

Here are some ways to unblock email addresses:

  • The sender can use the URL in the error message they received.
    • This URL links to an FAQ.
      • This contains information about the issue and removal request process.
  • Email administrators can use the Report an issue button to fill out the Blocked Provider Request Form.
