Cannot download email
I've been trying to download my emails via the web portal, Outlook and iPhone and they will not download. Via the web portal I get a message "An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request." Is this an issue on Comcast's end? I'm able to send a message out via Outlook, but not the web portal or iPhone, so I'm not sure what's going on.

Hello @Carolinagn I've run in into this issue myself when trying to use Outlook for a couple of my email addresses. I forgot to change my updated password in outlook for my email address, and another time I had the incorrect settings.
