Cannot Connect to Expiring email

I got email from comcast saying one of my email addresses will be deleted.

When trying to connect, I am told to reset my password by getting a code from an "agent."  The listed phone number does not get me anything.  The chatbot has no idea what I need.

On this forum chat, I'm not getting any reply, but my chat window shows an old conversation with CCKevinL from 2015.  Is Kevin still there?  How do I send a chat request to the whole team so the first available person can reply?

Thanks,  -- Steve

This email account is the Primary user on the Xfinity account.  There are two other email users and user logins on this account.

Is there someone at Xfinity who can help me reset my password and get me going again?

Since this is the Primary user, I cannot update the password from another account.  Only the Primary user can do that.

See above for what I've tried.  Has not worked.

Thank you!  After calling that number and talking online with two different security representatives over the course of about two hours I was finally able to log in to that account.

Whew!

I'm not sure how to mark the  above comment from "Again" as the Accepted answer.  The only comments I can mark as Accepted are the ones I wrote, but you can tag this question as Resolved.

Thanks again, -- Steve
