Cannot Access Xfinity Account/Email on new Win11 Computer

I cannot access my Xfinity email/account on my new Windows 11 PC.  Currently the attempts will time out.  The computer is connected to an Xfinity AR TG4482A modem via Ethernet cable.  There is no problem on my old Windows 10 PC or iPad (on Safari, using WiFi).

My steps:

--Go to www.xfinity.com

-- At any of the next steps, I may not be able to get to the next page because it times out.  All the pages are extremely slow to load (pages on other websites load quickly).

--Click “Sign In”

--"Sign in with your Xfinity ID”

--"Enter your password”

--I enter my password.  It may time out here, or it may accept the password.

--If the password is accepted, I may get to the home page.  Sometimes I can see the banner with the amount of my bill and my name will appear when hovering over “Account”.

--I select “Email”.  I can never get into it because it times out.

Fixes I tried:

--Unplugged/reset modem

--Tried Firefox, Edge, Chrome, & DuckDuckGo with the same results

--Removed cache/cookies (even though it is a new computer)

--Tried using my security software, or with just Windows security

--Changed connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/#waitSeconds=30    to be 120 seconds or more (when I could get to the page).

--Made sure computer is updated

--Checked internet speed (very fast).

Error message the four browsers alternately say:

--Connection timed out.  Please try reloading the page.

Reload.

--408 Request Time Out

Your Browser didn’t send a complete request in time.

Here are error messages from a few weeks ago:

--Firefox

Secure Connection Failed

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified

Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

--DuckDuckGo

{“Message”: No HTTP resource was found that matches the request URI https://content.xfinity.com.... “   [I only included the first part of the URL given]

My new computer is frustrating the living daylights out of me.  I cannot get it completely up and running without downloading items from my email.

Any ideas?

Thank you.
