Hello @user_lhmttl I completely understand how frustrating it is to be locked out when you don't remember the password, especially with that persistent IMAP message popping up. The good news is you can easily reset your password.
Since your email password is the same as your main Xfinity account password, you'll need to open a web browser and visit xfinity.com/password.
After you create your new password, you will need to update the password within your email application (like Outlook, Apple Mail, or your phone's email app) where you were seeing that "IMAP password" prompt.
Enter the new password you just created into that prompt, and you should be able to access your emails without any further issues.
