Cannot access my email which I have had for years.

My email account I have had for years and years is not working. [Edited: "Personal Information"] is my email address. What has gone wrong? Please let me know. My kids have sent me something in email and I cannot access it.

I click my page and usely it opens up. but for a year xfinity loses it, now I don't know what the problem is. I have get some every time to fix it, it works for a while and you lose it again. I have had to do this at least 5 times at least . you need to get this worked out ,
