Cannot access my email on my outlook account

It is still active as I have found it on the Xfinity website, but won’t let me access in my phone even after changing the password.

Hi there, @user_n7454m I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you are having trying to log into your email, I totally get how important it is to be able to access emails especially nowadays. To regain access to your Xfinity email on your phone, you likely need to enable Third-Party Access Security in your Xfinity settings, as this feature is often unchecked by default for security reasons.
