Cannot access email

I Cannot access my secondary email which i used for work on all devices. It was working yesterday morning. when I go into xfinity account settings it says "There was a communication problem while trying to connect".

I know how vital are emails are for our daily lives and move so when we utilize them for work! I hope that this has not caused too much of an inconvenience. The good news is that you are in the right place for help. 😀

When you went to xfinity.com were you able to log in with your secondary email account when the communication problem error appeared? If you sign in to xfinity.com with your primary email address are there any issues? It's possible that there is a caching issue and clearing cache/cookies could help out. Or simply use a private or incognito tab for your browser to test if the same error appears. Do you use any email client like outlook or google for accessing your email as well? 

I would love to help figure out the issue and restore your access asap.

the secondary email is the one i am having problems with. i can log in fine and view the primary email account. what i cannot do, is access the secondary email account. this is across my mobile and PC. the error code says "There was a communication problem while trying to connect". I can go into account settings but it will not allow me to change my password.

I have tried clearing my cache, with no success. I do use outlook for accessing my email, however it will not allow me to access that account when i'm on your website either
