Cannot Access Email on my Computer [Edited]

i can access my email on my cell phone but can not access on my home computer. when i try to open my email on my home computer is give error not available. Why can i not access on my home computer but on my cell phone.

user_vdmjtw Are you trying to access through a 3rd party app like Outlook or using our website for direct access? Have you tried to clear cache and cookies, and manually log in to see if that helps?
