Cannot access Comcast email/account from laptop Chrome browser t

After Google Chrome updated today, I can no longer access my Comcast email and my Comcast accounts on my laptop. I am on my phone and have no problems. I had no problem on my laptop from Microsoft Edge but Chrome is my preferred browser where I have everything else i access. I get various error messages when trying to pull up my email or just trying to pull up.my account to look ar my bill.

Hello, @cprice5348, and thank you for your detailed post. I enjoy Chrome too. Was it updated on your phone where it seems to be working still? Had you tried clearing cache and cookies on your device to see if it helps? To confirm, does come up just fine using other web browsers? Were there other error messages or codes aside from "this site cannot be reached"?

@XfinityThomasA  I think my phone only does updates when Samsung updates my phone so no there was no update on my phone.  The "this site cannot be reached" only came up when trying to access my email from Chrome.  When I tried to access my billing account from the Comcast/Xfinity general website a login screen would flash and then just go away and leave a blank white screen.  I cleared my cache completely of everything (partial did not work) and got it to work again, both my email and the login to my billing account.

@cprice5348 Hooray! I am happy to learn that clearing the cache completely got it working again! I very much appreciate you sharing the detail that a partial clear did not work because that may help other readers impacted. Thank you!
