Cancel my internet service

PLEASE CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION - I DONT NEED TO RENEW. It is indeed a hassle to cancel a subscription with your company.  Complaints from other users are definitely correct. One of your response said it can be cancelled through chat - WRONG! I spent time chatting and mentioned at the beginning that I'm cancelling only to be told they cannot cancel from the end and I was given a number. I called the number and just got a run-around. My subscription ends this month and I refuse to pay any service you provide after that. This is my documentation I am cancelling my service with you. Thanks!

BC2023 My team can definitely help you with your account concerns today. To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a Direct Message. 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
