Can not login to my email

Hello. All of a sudden I am unable to login to my email account. It’s not recognizing my username. When I put my full email address in, I put my password and the lb get the code- I’m getting error messages. Page not found etc

Same here… I kept trying and got locked out. After two hours, I was able to log back in with no issues.

To better understand what’s happening, could you let me know how you’re currently accessing your Xfinity email? That will help us guide you more effectively.
I also want to share some helpful context: starting in June 2025, customers with a comcast.net email account began receiving invitations to upgrade to Yahoo Mail for an enhanced email experience at no additional cost. These invitations are being sent out gradually through 2026, and when it’s your turn, you’ll see a notification in your inbox or when you sign in securely at connect.xfinity.com.
