Can not login to email

Every time I try to login to my xfinity account it says it is incorrect. I have restarted my phone as well and it is still not working.

It's important to us that you're able to access your Xfinity email, Agailey316! Is the incorrect error you're receiving concerning the password, and if so, have you tried resetting it? 

Forgot your password?

  1. Go to xfinity.com/password.
  2. Enter your Xfinity ID.
  3. Select how you want to reset your password.
  4. Enter the password reset code you received.
  5. Create and confirm your new password.
