Can not access email.

I have a comcast email that I am trying to access for the first time to set up a claim for a lost device, when I go through the Xfinity site and click on "Check Email" it brings me to https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/account-email-information. When I use the email status customer.xfinity.com/settings/xid/uidemail it says my comcast email and says the email is also my user name, and gives me two options 1. Go to Inbox and 2. Make this preferred. When I select the Go to Inbox I just get taken back to "https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/account-email-information".  I am using a web browser (OperaGX) if that helps

Hello @user_c6qphg looks like you've tried a few things to access your email, Can you try this link and see if it helps please? https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite also have you tried using another browser? I know emails are very important for many purposes, my goal is to get this working for you!
