Can not access email. browser times out.

Ca not access email.  I have tried several times and the browser times out.   I am now trying to get into settings and it has been trying for half hour. Just a moment. This is taking a bit longer than expected, but we're on it.

Hello user_568c05, I certainly understand how important email is these days. I would be happy to assist further. I do have a couple questions to help me understand the situation a little better. Are you accessing your email directly on Xfinity.com, or are you using a 3rd party client (ie: Outlook, Mail for Apple, or Mail for Android, etc.)? Are you using a mobile device, or a computer to access your email, currently?
