Can I get invited to the Yahoo Mail migration? Email unusable from abroad.

I live in Spain full-time, and my comcast.net email won't connect in Apple Mail unless I'm on a US VPN. Settings are correct and third-party access is enabled. Webmail works fine, but IMAP/SMTP only authenticate from a US IP.

I understand migrating to Yahoo Mail would fix this. I haven't received an invitation, the migration page shows nothing, and login.yahoo.com doesn't recognize my address.

Can someone check whether my email address is eligible for the Yahoo migration and get me invited?
