Blocked Web Site

The Indian real estate www.99acres.com appears to be recently blocked in Xfinity network but is still accessible through Verizon and other ISP networks. This is a popular real estate web site, however it appears that both the 99acres web site as well the mobile application web service are being blocked on Xfinity network. Is there any explanation on this ? Could access to these be restored?
