Blocked site- please fix

I figured out that the Advance Settings is blocking a website that I am trying to access https://www.ssbrewtech.com . Why is this site being blocked - it’s a valid commercial website and how do I get this fixed without turning off Advance security?

Well after turning off and then back on the Advanced Security it now allows access. Not sure why that would be the case.
