Blocked from sending messages

I know there is a limit on the number of recipients I can email in a day but I'm coming no where near that.  I am the volunteer secretary for a small, local club with a80 members.  When I send notices I send them in three batches (to stay under the 100 per message limit) but I do bcc everyone.  Is that why I'm getting blocked.  I sent a notice earlier today and now can't respond even to individual messages.  It is very frustrating!!  TIA

Hello @jcklhill, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your emails being blocked. The way they're being sent may be triggering spam filters. Although it is under the limit, sending in batches could trigger suspicion.  How long have you been having this issue?

I’ve been the secretary since January of this year.  I noticed this several months ago when I had to to send a notice to the membership followed shortly by a correction.

@jcklhill, thank you for the details. Also, for our residential Xfinity internet customers, the maximum size of an email cannot exceed 25 MB; this includes attachments, headers, text, formatting, etc. We do offer business email accounts through Comcast Business Services, which provides higher daily email limits that may meet your needs
