Blocked emails

Our Homeowner's Association uses the domain [Edited: "Personal Information"] for all of our communications.   Notifications are sent via email to alert members of announcements.  It appears that comcast email addresses are not receiving any notifications, a problem which started to occur about a year ago.  I switched to my gmail account and notifications arrive no problem.  When I try to restore my address to my comcast email address I unable to receive the confirmation email from them.  Notification emails are sent from [Edited: "Personal Information"].  It appears other members with comcast email addresses are having the same issue.

Call Comcast security. They handle any blocking issues-----------------------

Hey there, @philipj! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums. Oh man, I am sorry to hear about the troubles with receiving the notifications from your HOA. We would recommend following the steps here and report the emails not being received. You can share with others in the community too so that they can get their own specific email address investigated. Please let us know if you have any other questions/concerns, we are happy to help.

Can anyone tell me why this email to my comcast address was returned to sender?  Clearly there are still issues with your server and problems have not been addressed.  I have not accepted the above answer only because problems are not being addressed.

philipj Sorry to hear reporting your concern, and speaking to the Customer Security Assurance team wasn't of any help. I'm happy to see what more I can do to assist. Can you tell me what problems the CSA team ran into when you spoke to them about the email issue?

Sorry,  They were unable to find a problem.  Why does one comcast email receive emails and another does not from the same sender.  The sender is sending bulk emails to account holders so not sure if they receive any notice that an email did not go through.  CSA says they need a error code.  Sender does not have access to any error messages in reply.   A different sender sent me the above error message that they received.
