Blocked emails

I see that this problem has occurred with others. I travel internationally quite a lot and I’m always having this problem. My password has to be continually changed. And I get messages when I try to email from any of my Comcast emails that say that there’s a problem. I read from a Comcast person that a solution had been found, but that was two years ago. I’m tired of emailing everything to a Gmail address, and I’m tired of changing my password every three days

@Gambit66​ What on earth for?  This isn't happening because my account has been hacked.  It's because there's some weird issue with Comcast.

@user_02483a​  you stated My password has to be continually changed. No reason for that except something or someone is changing it, but still allowing you access to change it again. 2 step will only allow the person receiving the texted code to access your account/email. And, it`s worth a try. Could fix the problem.

I did that, per your suggestion, and thank you for that by the way.  I still had to change my password on a recent trip.  From previous messages, this is an on-going problem that Comcast says they're aware of and fixing, but I see these problems go back several years.

@user_02483a Thank you for posting in our great Xfinity forum community! I can see how frustrating it would be having to change your password so often. You said you travel internationally. Is this only happening when you are outside of the US or shortly after you come home?

Thank you for confirming that it is only happening when abroad!
With this particular scenario, we have a group of teammates here that are awesome with security of emails, connections etc. when traveling abroad!
I would recommend giving them a jingle!
They're called our Customer Security Assurance team (CSA for short!)
They can be reached by calling: 
888-565-4329 between the hours of 8:00 AM - 12:00 AM EST 7 days a week!
