Blocked emails

I am no longer receiving emails (inbox or spam folder) from [Edited: "Personal Information"].

Several years ago I had a similar issue and found out that sendgrid.net was blocking billing email from [Edited: "Personal Information"].

Does xfinity use a "pre" filter service like sendgrid that I can contact to remove the filter on cdga.org?

Good Afternoon,

Checking our logs I'm not seeing any blocks against that domain. They are delivering to comcast.net recipients without any issues. When I narrowed down my search to just your email address it appears they are not sending to you at all.

@XfinityCSAEmail​ I found out the sending email service had blocked email to me because I supposedly marked an email as spam (by mistake) at some point.  I sent their support an email and they removed my spam complaint with my permission and I am now receiving emails from them.  Thanks for checking in, I am all set.
