Blocked emails list

Hello AKR12! Thanks for reaching out to us for help with the block email addresses. I checked our settings, and we have the option to add email addresses to a safe list, but not to block specific addresses. Are you seeing emails from some known senders ending up in the spam folder? If so, you would want to mark those messages as not spam. 

If a sender is having trouble with sending you emails the email provider may be blocked from Xfinity for anti-spam precautions. You can have the email addresses unblocked through our request form.
