blocked email

My work email address [Edited: "Personal Information"] is blocked from my xfinity address at my home.  I sent my work email via my Gmail account and forwarded from the Gmail account to the home xfinity account and the email went through.  Why can't I send the work email directly to my xfinity home account?

Just to be sure I understand, you're unable to forward an email from your work email to your Xfinity.com email, is that correct?

@XfinityAmira​ Hi Amira, I am having the same issue. My company emails are being blocked at the system level recently. How do I fix that?

user_3mix5g Welcome to our community forum! I'd like to understand the circumstances better so I can offer the best path towards a resolution :). Are you an Xfinity customer? Are your Emails being blocked when you to try to send company Emails to Xfinity customers in particular or are they being blocked by other Email servers as well? What error message appears when you try to send Emails?
