Block List

I need to see the email addresses on my block list. I've discovered I'm not receiving emails from several different sources. I am not using the safe list feature, and my filters would not affect any of these addresses. How can I see the list to make sure I am receiving messages that I want to see?

P.S. I am using the Xfinity webmail client.

user_dd4dcc Thanks for posting on our Forums. To check the basics, have you already reviewed our website and the options to view and manage your email settings?

Yes, I have reviewed all the relevant help files and some posts here. Nothing shows my blocked list. Thanks.

Was there an option in the Settings > Security to view the Email Safe List & Blocked Senders"?

This is misleading. There is NO list of "Blocked Senders" anywhere in "Settings", unless you count any that might have been established in "Mail/Filter Rules". And the "Email Safe List" is located under "Mail/Advanced Settings", NOT "Security".

There is no option anywhere in Settings to view your blocked senders list.

Only the email safe list, which is not what I need.

user_dd4dcc -  Xfinity Email lets you set spam blockers with a Comcast email spam filter. Spam Filtering places emails designated as spam in a separate Spam folder. You can check and see if any legitimate email was marked as spam by accident and use the toolbar to mark it Not Spam. Emails marked as Spam and moved to the Spam folder will be deleted automatically after seven days.
