Black Listed IP Address

I am in the UK and I cannot get emails the server alert says temporarily black listed IP address try later and continues to state this for several hours.  Please tell me how to resolve this problem.  Customer service is closed due to the time difference.

pimlicowannabe Hello and thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I can imaging how frustrating this must be! Are you trying to access your email via the webmail site or with a third party email client such as outlook? Are you using a VPN while out of the country?
