I'm currently paying $70 per month for 500 Mbps. I understand that the advertised $70 1 Gig five-year promotion is restricted to new customers, so I'm not asking you to override that promotion.

I want you to review all existing-customer, loyalty, retention and account-specific offers for 1 Gig or higher service.

I'm already paying $70, so my goal is to upgrade to at least 1 Gig while keeping my monthly internet cost at $70 or less.

I also have a competing WOW! offer for 1 Gig at $55 per month with a price lock, so I am considering switching if Xfinity cannot offer a competitive Gig plan.

Please tell me every 1 Gig or higher offer currently available on my account, including the monthly price, price-guarantee period, equipment charges and any AutoPay requirements. Please do not make any changes to my account until I approve them.
