Why does xfinity [Edited: "Language"]!  I waste one day every year fighting with you clowns about my bill.  The last time I signed up for 2 years.  I do not think it has even been one full year and you raised my rate.  Of course there is no way to reach a human and when the automated line sends a link to the assistant, there is an error and it is useless.  T Mobile is advertising internet for $35/month.  If xfinity does not honor the 2 years, I will go with them.
