Bill is wrong

Was told I would get free technician hookup with my installation if I was unable to do it myself.  Now there's a $100 charge for that and bill was supposed to be auto - pay for $40  and a phone was supposed to be sent to me for that free mobile service for a year 

 Recieved the Sims card but no phone . Said something about a Samsung 15 but the phone I'm using isn't mine and I don't like it at all I have a Samsung 24 I think it is from AT&T but it wouldn't take the Sims card. But I like that phone.  So what phone do you offer for can I purchase.  Would consider an iPhone
