To reset your Xfinity ID password on a mobile phone, follow these steps:

1. Go to xfinity.com/password.
2. Enter your Xfinity ID, a verified mobile number, or a personal email address, then click Continue.
3. Choose to receive a password reset code via text message.
4. Enter the code sent to your mobile number and click Continue.
5. Create and confirm your new password, then click Continue.
6. You will see a confirmation message once the process is successful.

Make sure your mobile number is verified for this process.
