Being kicked out of my email

I want to report a problem with your website. I am signed into xfinity and am looking at my Comcast.net email. Then all of a sudden I am kicked out of the email portion of the system and taken back to the sign in screen. Can't say for sure what might be triggering it.  Just now - I replied to an email, then deleted the original email, then was kicked out of the email section of the website and taken back to the sign in screen.  This is happening fairly routinely, not sure if it always happens after this specific series of events or not.  Seems like a problem on your end. Please get someone to fix what appears to be some type of a glitch. I usually am using a PC with Windows and Google Chrome when this happens.  This is very annoying and time consuming.  Thanks

Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser.

Refreshing didn't work.  Using another browser is a ridiculous suggestion. I expect your system to work with all browsers all the time.  Issues has now been resolved.  Your people had to restart my system several time but finally got it going again and the issues may be gone.  Won't know for a few days as this problem only occurred intermittently.
