BCC Reply All

If an email recipient is BCC and they hit reply all, will the reply be sent to all BCC'd recipients or just the To and CC?

Using the native Xfinity window to compose the email, not a third party

Just the To: and CC: addresses. The BCC addresses are not included anywhere in any of the messages sent, and so are not available to recipients for use in Reply and Reply All. They're are only visible to the sender, unless the client page or program or app is brain dead. Comcast webmail has it's problems but even it isn't that dumb!

Hi @mjones66532, and thanks for reaching out to us!

When using the native Xfinity window to compose an email and you BCC someone, their email address remains hidden from other recipients. If an email recipient who was BCC'd hits "reply all," the reply will only be sent to the original sender (To) and any recipients included in the CC field. BCC recipients will not receive the reply.

I hope this helps, and please let us know if there is anything else we can help with!
