AWS Password reset email not showing up

AWS is supposedly sending me an e-mail to reset my password using my comcast.net e-mail but the e-mail never shows up in my inbox or spam folder or anywhere.  I'm wondering if XFINITY is somehow filtering this e-mail before it gets to me and if there is any way to find this e-mail?  I've tried talking to AWS but they are convinced that it is on the comcast/my e-mail side and won't talk to me about it at all.  Figured I would try one more avenue to get my PW reset e-mail before completely giving up on this account.

Good evening @thaun_shame, and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forum with your email concerns, we appreciate it. Have you checked your email filters yet? The filters are set to send unsafe e-mail to "spam" folder.  The reset e-mail is not going to this folder or any other folder that I can see.

thaun_shame Thank you for providing these details. Are you experiencing any issues receiving any other emails? Additionally, have you reset your Comcast email password recently?
