wseward No worries!

Here are the steps to turn off auto forwarding in your Xfinity email:

  1. Sign in to your Xfinity Email using your Xfinity ID and password.
  2. Click the Settings icon in the upper-right corner of the page.
  3. Select Email Settings from the menu.
  4. Navigate to Auto Forward under the Mail section.
  5. Uncheck the box for "Enable email forwarding."

This should disable auto forwarding for your Xfinity email.

In Comcast/Xfinity connect.xfinity.com webmail, check to see if

(gear icon) / Email Settings / Mail / Auto Forward / Enable email forwarding

is checked.
