I've sent attachment numerous times with no problems.  About a week ago, when I click "Attach Files" nothing happens.  I don't get a message and there's nothing for me click to choose an attachment.  Help!!!

Are you on a device, using the Xfinity Connect app, on a computer?

If you are using a browser on a computer, which one?

How are you accessing the email?  With only a browser and the webmail UI?  Or something else?

I use a Mac.  I have not been able to use the Email attachment icon (the paperclip) in my Safari browser for months; one day it suddenly didn't work.  I can use the icon if I change browsers to Firefox.  I would like to continue to use Safari, but unless Xfinity can correct the error I will be forced to use another browser.  I can drag and drop attachments in Safari, but this is not a feature that is user friendly, it is more like a work-around than a new feature.  I see this problem has been discussed for sometime but without an answer.

Hello, @terry_stapleton. Thanks for taking the time to comment on our forum about your email attachment issue. I depend on my email to send a lot of photo attachments to older relatives, so I can imagine the frustration this has been causing.

As a Mac user I have run into this issue with Safari before. Have you checked Safari to make sure pop-up windows aren't being blocked?

I no longer work for Comcast.
