Asked for 2factor auth EVERY LOGIN... AGAIN!!!
Yeah, xfinity is back to the their usual dysfunction with their email system. It started asking me for 2 factor authentication recently EVERY TIME I try to log in, even if I check the 'remember me' so it isn't supposed to keep asking. It is obnoxious that they automatically send a text with this code also, as if I am traveling I am either unable to receive or do not want to be paying for their endless texts.

We appreciate you for bringing this concern to our attention so that we may address your issue as well as anyone else who may be having the same issue. Your privacy and security are always a concern here at Xfinity. The 2-factor authentication method is to ensure that you are always backed up and protected from threats as well as having the ability to authenticate yourself if you ever misplace your password. If you choose to remember me option you should be able to log into the device with less hassle. Have you tried to remember other devices to see if you have the same issue?
