Arlo camera alerts not being received
I am no longer receiving emails from my alarm/camera system (from email@example.com). This started in December of 2016!! YES, over 3 years ago!!!! Worked fine for 4 months, received the alters. For the last 3 years, nothing. They don't show up in my Spam folder either and firstname.lastname@example.org is in my address book. I called numerous times when it orignailly happened and was told they would fix it but they never have! I don't have time to spend on the phone for hours so I gave up and added my work address to the Arlo app instead. Ever since Dec 2016 I have only received email alerts from Arlo to my work address which is really annoying and not appropriate for work...it's my personal camera, not work related. Comcast needs to fix this. I have seen others posts with the same issue with no response or resolution. Arlo is one of the most popular home security cameras and Comcast doesn't deam it as trustworthy? Ridiculous! There is no Whitelist feature in Comcast email and Comcast Customer Security Assurance is a joke and has done nothing to help. What else do i need to do to ge this corrected? @ComcastAntiSpam can't you correct this? Can you please whitelist or unblock the arlo domain???
