I have been unable to connect via WebMail , IMAP or POP accounts.

When you logged into their xfinity Mail on a windows browser, you just got a blank screen. On Pop or IMAP it would return a login box. That said, it looks like Xfinity just got things working again about 15 minutes ago. All is good now. It's such a shame they don't post these types of outages anywhere.
