Hello, @user_zkf7gr are these the steps you are following to add Comcast email to Apple Mail:

 

To add your Comcast email to Apple Mail, follow these steps:

Go to the Settings menu on your iPhone.
Tap Add Account and then select Other.
Choose Add Mail Account and enter your Comcast email details.
Enable the Mail and Notes options under IMAP settings.
Tap Save to complete the setup.
Ensure that you have switched your Xfinity Email account setup from POP to IMAP on your iPhone beforehand.

How about when it says IMAP Server Temporarily Unavailable?

Have you checked your email security settings to make sure you have third party access? 

Update email security settings

  1. Sign in to Xfinity Email using your Xfinity ID and password.
  2. In the top-right corner, click the Gear icon, then select Settings.
  3. Click Security.
  4. Uncheck the box under Third Party Access Security to prevent third-party programs access to your Xfinity Email, or check the box to allow access.
