Another million dollar company

You guys are another million dollar company today that feels like they can take someone's money and not give them what they paid for then you call you're also helpful customer service reps that can clearly speak English and proceed to get told I owe the bill four years ago so you guys can basically just take money because I paid for another service and I owe the bill four years ago they had nothing to do with this$10 now Wi-Fi for the month then I only did you take it once you double charge me and there's no number or customer service to talk to you about the text now You just have to call Xfinity and then I get the same helpful customer service rep that tells me she works in a billing department she can't tell me anything about The $10 Xfinity that's the same part of her job to the point where she couldn't even transfer me because I guess you guys got to win You got 20 bucks off of a bill for years ago $20 close to a billion cut it as a win
