I opened the Account January, 2025, I have been using xfinity for 5 months, but I still didn't receive the $200 Amazon giftcard which was promised.

I tried both my account number and my name and phone number, it both says " Record not found"

But when I call the customer service in Feb, they told me I have to continuously use the service for 90 days to receive the giftcard. You can search for the phone recording on this.
