Amazon Emails blocked

 I am unable to get email messages from Amazon at this address. Not in spam. I see plenty of other people have this issue but none of the guidance is helping me.  I don't see any filters on my inbox.   I see a note to PM certain users but I see no way to do that.   Any help appreciated.Ben
