All of my emails disappeared overnight

I need help!  I went round and round with the Virtual Assistant in chat bc there was no choice pertaining to the problem of vanishing comcast emails.  These emails were not deleted. They disappeared.  Does xFinity/Comcast keep a backup?  Restore did not nothing as there is nothing in my view to restore.  

Please, can anyone help me?

@XfinityMarcus​ hi. yes, I followed links to lots of help info. There is nothing I can do to resolve or restore bc there is nothing in trash or anywhere. This may be user error but I'm in a panic bc my emails since around 2021 are all gone. Can you help??

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

[Edited: "Personal Information"]     Xfinity, all of my wife's emails dating back to 2022 have disappeared, she needs those emails for legal purposes.  Please, Please, Please restore all those emails into her email account. I saw xfinity employee Roberto helping restore other customers with the same issue.  Please notify when this is complete. Again, her email is [Edited: "Personal Information"].  thank you very much.
