All of my emails disappeared from my in box around 7:10 AM central time today
I changed my password right after I saw emails disappear before my eyes. Emails have still not come back. They are not in the Xfinity site right

I think you misunderstand. If your email was compromised it was because of an old password or access from an unsecure device or even an infection on one of your current devices. There was no compromise to Comcast databases or servers, Therefore there is no communication from Comcast to notify you of a compromise to your email account.

Do you have the account enabled on another computer/device in a client or app using POP3? If so, it may be downloading them and then deleting them from the server.

If they are recoverable on the Comcast server, then check the additional options under the "Trash" folder. There should be an option to recover deleted items.

its possible. Could also be a misconfigured device. Your only options for recovery is to try it on your third party email clients or check xfinity.com via webmail in the advanced options under the trash folder under "recover deleted items".

I’ve tried several times to find the recover mail under trash and don’t see that anywhere. I need to recover these emails ASAP.

Right-click on the Trash folder and you will see a small drop-down menu. It's in there.
